Almost 3 million sq. m. of real estate will be built in the south of Moscow under the KRT program

Operators and investors in 2024 began to realize eight projects of complex development of territories (CDT) in the south of Moscow, there will build about 3 million square meters of real estate. This was reported by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital on the issues of urban policy and construction.

The total area of the realized projects exceeds 90 hectares. Thus, inefficiently used sites will be reorganized, as well as sites in the territories of former industrial zones "Kotlyakovo", "Kolomenskoye" and "Paveletskaya", reports the agency of city news "Moscow".

It is planned to build residential houses, public and business objects, including social ones. In addition, comfortable spaces for recreation of citizens will be arranged. The capital as a result of realization of projects will receive 50,6 thousand jobs, writes NSN.

The construction will cover the districts of Biryulevo East, Danilovsky, Donskoy, Nagatino-Sadovniki and Tsaritsyno, RT specifies. The necessary infrastructure for balanced development of residential neighborhoods will be created. In particular, schools and kindergartens for 4.8 thousand pupils and kindergartens, as well as a college will be built, reports "Moscow 24". Also will build two FLC and a hotel. The plots will be landscaped and greened.

In October, Efimov reported that within the framework of the KRT program in Moscow will reorganize more than 230 hectares of plots. On them it is planned to build 5.6 million square meters of various real estate, notes 360.ru.
