The Independent reported on the farmer protests in London

Protesters against the farmer's inheritance tax drove tractors and four tanks into the government quarter of London. This was reported by The Independent newspaper on February 10.
It is specified that the equipment lined up along Whitehall Street up to Trafalgar Square. Protesters raised British flags and banners in support of agriculture.
The action was organized by the Save British Farming movement. As one of its initiators, Liz Webster, noted in conversation with the publication, the protest calls on ministers to make concessions, as the actions of the government could lead "to a food crisis".
A20% tax on the inheritance of agricultural land worth more than £1 million was announced by the government of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer after coming to power. The first protest against the bill took place on November 17 in the town of Llandudno in north Wales.
Later, on Dec. 11, hundreds of farmers protesting the tax drove to the Houses of Parliament in London on tractors. Participants lined up the vehicles on Whitehall Street before driving through the city center.
