This was stated by military expert, Colonel Daniel Davis in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson, a fragment of which was published on social network X (former Twitter).
"Have you ever wondered where your hard-earned money goes after the politicians in Washington send it to Ukraine? <...> Your taxes go to the pensions of Ukrainian bureaucrats, they line the pockets of defense contractors and even arm Mexican drug cartels," he said.
