Sviridchenkov called Iglesias a pretty serious opponent


Professional boxer from Cuba Roniel Iglesias is an age, but a serious opponent. This was stated to "Izvestia" on February 10 by Russian boxer Igor Sviridchenkov.
Their bout will be held as part of the tournament "REN TV Fight Club" on February 28 in the ice palace "Mari El" (Yoshkar-Ola).
"The opponent is quite serious. Though he is of age, but he is a two-time Olympic champion," shared the Russian.
According to Sviridchenkov, such an experience will be "cool".
"This is a test for me. I consider him a very serious opponent," the athlete added.

In the main fight of the tournament on February 28, Russia's Alexei Papin and Ebenezer Tetteh from Ghana will meet. In addition, in the first fight of the evening "Fight Club REN TV", in the format of four rounds of three minutes, will fight Russian professional Sergey Sergeyev and Cuban amateur boxer Jorge Manuel Soto.
"Fight Club REN TV" - a show with the participation of Russian and foreign stars of martial arts. The bouts are attended by famous boxers, MMA fighters, world and European sambo champions.
