The man who broke the windshield of the car of Russian figure skater Elizaveta Nugumanova, February 10, told why he committed this act.

"I got out of the cab car and, passing by the Mercedes car, hit the windshield of the car with my right hand, namely the palm of my hand, as the sound of the signal annoyed me," his words are quoted in the Telegram channel of the Moscow prosecutor's office.

According to preliminary data, on February 7 on Michurinsky Avenue, the intruder broke the windshield of the car driven by figure skater Nugumanova. After committing the crime, the man fled.

Later, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk in Telegram-channel reported that police officers detained the suspect. A criminal case is being investigated against him on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").

Earlier, January 11, Moscow prosecutor's office reported that in the capital's subway at "Tverskaya" station, a man had no time to enter the car and broke the window of the train. The identity of the offender was established. A criminal case under Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Vandalism") was opened against the man.
