The driver who smashed through the fence of the Yeltsovsky kindergarten was drunk at the time of the accident

A driver who drove a car into the fence of a kindergarten and then fled the scene was detained in the Lipetsk region's Elets. He turned out to be a local resident.

It turned out that at the time of the accident the man was drunk. On it the report on offenses under articles "Management of a car in a state of intoxication", "Absence of a front state registration plate" and "Leaving a place of road accident" is drawn up, specifies GOROD48 with reference to the press service of the UMVD in the region.

The accident occurred on February 8. A foreign car flew into the fence of kindergarten No. 40 on Kommunarov Street in Elets. According to eyewitnesses, the car almost hit two women with strollers on the pedestrian path. They said that on the front passenger seat of the foreign car was a child.

Earlier, on January 29, it was reported that three children were injured in an accident involving a bus in Omsk. A 33-year-old woman driving a Toyota car failed to cope with the control and drove into the oncoming traffic lane, where she collided with a bus "PAZ".
