The construction of a new treatment and diagnostic complex of Moscow City Oncology Hospital No. 62 in Skolkovo is nearing completion. Its area will exceed 60 thousand square meters, said the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin in his official Telegram-calan.

The use of information modeling technologies helped to speed up the work, increase the accuracy of design and ensure high quality of construction, said the head of the city.

The complex will be equipped with modern medical technology - MRI, CT, angiographs and other necessary equipment.

The hospital will include two buildings. The first one is outpatient and inpatient. It is designed for 500 beds, including the Center for outpatient oncological care. It is being built taking into account the principle of adaptability: the building can be adapted to developing technologies, it will remain modern for many years.

The second - operating and resuscitation - includes 18 operating rooms, resuscitation, oncogenetics laboratory and pathomorphology reference center.

The new complex will meet the advanced standards. Its commissioning will complete the framework of the Moscow oncology service, which also includes hospitals in Kommunarka, Loginov, Botkin and Yudin.
