Real estate will be built in the south-east of Moscow under the KRT program

More than 2.6 million sq. m. of real estate will be built in the south-east of Moscow within the framework of the program of complex development of territories (CDT). It was informed by the Deputy Mayor of the capital on the issues of town-planning policy and construction Vladimir Efimov.

So, in 2024 in capital 52 projects with the total area of 555 hectares have passed to the stage of active realization, the most part of territories, namely 102 hectares, will be reorganized in the South-East of Moscow, specifies the agency of city news "Moscow".

On the plots of the total area of 102 hectares in the period from five to 17 years it is planned to build 2.6 million square meters of real estate, said Efimov. The construction of modern residential and business quarters, sports, educational, communal, industrial and other objects is planned on the sites. As a result of the projects realization 17.2 thousand jobs will be created in the district. The projects are realized in the districts of Nekrasovka, Nizhegorodsky, Pechatniki and Ryazansky, RIAMO notes.

It is also envisaged the construction of three sports and recreation centers, logistics centers and a hotel, modern offices, banks, cafes, restaurants and stores, RT writes. One of the most large-scale projects in the south-east of the capital is the reorganization of a part of the former industrial zone "South Port". More than 1.4 million square meters of real estate will be built there, specifies NSN.

For today Moscow at different stages works out and realizes 302 projects of CRT. In total, they will affect an area of about 4.2 thousand hectares, the website kp.ru reports.
