In Moscow plots of 560 hectares will be reorganized under the program of complex development of territories (CDT). It was reported by Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital on the issues of town-planning policy and construction, on Sunday, February 9.

On the plots will be built 12.9 million square meters of real estate.

"Thus, on the plots in 49 districts of 11 administrative districts of the capital, new neighborhoods with modern residential buildings, as well as public and business facilities and production facilities will be created," Efimov was quoted by RT as saying.

As a result of realization of projects the city will receive 147,1 thousand new workplaces, the agency of city news "Moscow" reports .

According to the head of the capital's Department of municipal property Maxim Gaman, the capital is interested in renewing the environment and creating comfortable conditions for citizens, writes NSN. He added that on the projects published last year, 21 decisions have already been made on the CRT, specifies the site aif.ru.

In January it was reported that the territory of the former plant "MiG" in the north of Moscow decided to green up in 2025. There will appear modern neighborhoods with a new road network, residential and public-business buildings, sports facilities, walking areas, green spaces and other elements of infrastructure, notes 360.ru.
