Capital repair of a residential building built in 1924 has been completed in Moscow. This is reported on Sunday, February 9, on the website of the mayor's office of the capital.

The building is located in Danilovsky district on Leninskaya Sloboda Street, 7. The five-storey house has a complex shape and interestingly decorated facade. Thus, the basement part of the house is rusticated, the two lower floors are separated by an elongated profiled cornice and emphasized by pilasters. On the perimeter of the same is located crowning cornice with denticles and ionics, notes the agency of city news "Moscow".

Specialists of the municipal economy complex replaced the internal engineering systems, as well as tidied up the roof and facade. In the course of the work was preserved the historical appearance of the building, reports IA Regnum. Masters cleaned the exterior walls, repaired the plaster layer and applied antifungal protection. After that the rusticated plinth was put in order, pilasters and denticles with ionics were restored. The building was painted, slopes were repaired, entrance groups were renewed, gutters and taps were replaced, writes "Moscow 24".

In addition, on the roof, specialists restored the damaged rafter system, as well as renewed the purlins and insulated the attic. Wooden structures were treated with fire-bio-protective composition.
