The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have hit three populated areas in Belgorod Region, no one was injured. This was reported by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov on February 9.

"In the village of Terebreno, Krasnoyaruzhsky district, a drone attacked a private house - the roof was punctured and windows were broken out," he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Also in the village of Konovalovo, Volokonovsky district, due to the drop of an explosive device from a drone in two residential houses, the glazing was damaged and two cars were damaged by shrapnel.

In addition, in the village of Murom, Shebekinsky district, the FPV drone hit an agricultural enterprise and damaged the wall and entrance group of the administration building.

According to preliminary information, there are no casualties, Gladkov added.

Also on the eve Gladkov reported that the AFU struck two settlements in Belgorod region. No casualties were reported. Gladkov specified that in the village of Murom, Shebekinsky district, windows were broken and roofs were damaged in five private houses. In addition, an outbuilding was destroyed by fire because of the shell.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
