In Moscow, a patient of the clinic "Ya Zdorovova", who was hospitalized with sepsis after IVF procedure, is in an induced coma and is connected to an artificial lung ventilation (ALV) machine. This was told to "Izvestia" on February 9 by the husband of the victim Vadim.

"After some time she called me, said that she felt bad: "I woke up, but I feel bad, come and get me." I arrived at the clinic, it was 4:00 pm already, I met her, she was pale, jaundiced complexion, her lips were blue, she looked bad. I drove her home, she laid down and stayed at home for three hours. We saw that her condition was not improving, so we decided to call an ambulance," he said.

According to the man, the ambulance staff did not understand the reason for the girl's deterioration, but decided to hospitalize her in a medical institution. At the moment the victim is in a medically induced coma on the background of respiratory failure. In addition, kidney and liver failure persist.

The victim's husband suggested that this situation may not have happened by chance, as the same symptoms are observed in several women who also underwent IVF procedure in this clinic. Vadim admitted that the cause of the incident could be a medical error or improper storage of the drug.

Earlier in the day it became known that after the IVF procedure five women were urgently hospitalized in an infectious disease hospital with fever of unclear genesis, angiogenic sepsis. The work of the clinic was suspended.

The Department of Health of Moscow confirmed the admission to the hospitals of women who were hospitalized after IVF procedure in a private clinic. It was noted that two patients are in serious condition. All victims are provided with a full range of medical care. On the same day, Roszdravnadzor reported that it will check the quality of medical care to the hospitalized.

Thehusband of one of the victims told Izvestia that they went to the clinic for the second time, the first time everything went well.
