Boiling water flooded a street in St. Petersburg due to a burst heating line


A heating main broke in Soldatov Street in St. Petersburg. This was reported by a source of "Izvestia" on February 9.
It is specified that boiling water flooded the asphalt of the street and spread to the crosswalk. Traffic, where the accident occurred, is limited.
As added TV channel "78" on the loudspeaker people are asked not to approach the danger zone because of the threat of burns and possible failure of the ground and pavement. Emergency services are working at the site.
Earlier, on November 26, three people were injured in St. Petersburg as a result of a burst hot water pipe. They were in cars and managed to get out on their own when boiling water got into the cabin.
