In Khabarovsk, a child fell into a well and died

In the Industrial district of Khabarovsk, a child fell into a well and died. This is reported on February 9 by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the region in Telegram-channel.

It is specified that police officers conducted an inspection of the scene. Now the witnesses are questioned and the necessary investigative actions are carried out.

A criminal case has been opened on the indications of a crime under Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence").

Earlier, in December last year, in Krasnoyarsk, a two-year-old girl died from an electric shock while trying to open a refrigerator. At the time of the incident, the child stood with his feet on the metal radiator. A criminal case was opened over the incident.
