St. Petersburg Pulkovo airport has introduced temporary restrictions on the reception and departure of airplanes. This was reported by spokesman for the Federal Air Transport Agency (FAA) Artem Korenyako on February 9.

"Temporary restrictions on the reception and departure of aircraft at 06:55 Moscow time were introduced at St. Petersburg Pulkovo airport (ICAO code: ULLI)," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
