Kuzminsky District Court of Moscow on Saturday, February 8, refused to consider the protocol drawn up in respect of journalist Yury Dudya (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) on the fact of lack of marking. This follows from the case card published on the portal of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"The current state of the administrative protocol on part 4 of article 19.34 of the CAO RF (production of materials by a foreign agent using the Internet without indicating that these materials are produced by a foreign agent) in respect of the person involved Yuri Dudya returned," - stated in the material.

The court received the protocol on January 29, but the reason for its drawing up was not specified.

Earlier, December 27, 2024, Tagansky district court of Moscow brought to administrative responsibility blogger Yuri D udya for violations of the activities of a foreign agent. He was fined 45 thousand rubles.

On April 15, 2022, the Ministry of Justice added Dudya to the list of foreign agents. On June 7 of the same year, the blogger filed a lawsuit, which was rejected.
