The fire in the east of Moscow occurred earlier in the day. It was reported that at the time of arrival of firefighters black smoke covered the third and fourth floors of the administrative building.
As specified in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, 80 people were rescued, and more than 60 firefighters and 16 units of equipment are working at the scene of the incident. 120 people were evacuated. Five victims have been hospitalized and they are receiving the necessary medical care. According to the capital's mayor Sergei Sobyanin, their lives are not threatened.
