The body of a student defrauded by swindlers was found in St. Petersburg

In Kalininsky district the corpse of a 17-year-old student of a local college, who was cheated by fraudsters for half a million rubles, was found. This was reported by a source of "Izvestia".

According to the interlocutor, the body was found on February 7 at the entrance of an apartment building on Kultura Avenue. Presumably, the first-year student fell from a height. Two days before the young man was contacted by attackers disguised as employees of various services. Referring to the prevention of fraudulent actions, they persuaded the student to transfer 531 thousand rubles to an unknown account.

"The funds belonged to the father of the minor," said the source.

A criminal case has been instituted.

On February 5, the decapitated body of a 54-year-old man was found in the forest in the Smolensk region. Preliminary, the deceased is a previously convicted resident of the village of Tretyakovo.
