In Moscow there will be more than 50 points for collecting gifts for the participants of SWO for February 23rd

A campaign to collect gifts for participants of the special military operation (SMO) will be held in Moscow from February 10 to 23. Everyone can congratulate them on the Defender of the Fatherland Day, Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina said.

"Parcels, letters and postcards with warm wishes will be accepted in more than 50 city points. These are "Houses of kindness" on the sites of the project "Winter in Moscow", headquarters of the action "Moscow helps" and volunteer district centers", - she noted.

Useful gifts will be personal hygiene items (shampoo, soap, shower gel, deodorant, shaving products, accessories for brushing teeth and wet wipes), warm clothes (thermal underwear, scarves, socks, heated insoles, gloves), tea and sweets.

The capital's volunteers will help prepare them for shipment. As they note, it is important that all goods were new, packed and with tags.

There are gift collection points in all districts of the capital. A full list of locations can be found on the campaign website.

The project "Moscow helps" was launched in the capital three years ago. During this time it united about 73 thousand citizens and more than 650 organizations. More than 4.5 million items of goods were sent to military personnel and residents of new and border regions.
