"Golden Apple" conducted an internal investigation after news about a conflict between one of its clients and a courier. Employees interviewed people, studied camera recordings, call details and other information, the company's press service said.

The investigation confirmed two cases of violation of internal rules. First, the courier transferred the order through a third party. Secondly, the support service operators did not respond properly to the crisis situation.

Now cooperation with the courier is terminated, noted in the Golden Apple. The company conducts a comprehensive audit of logistics chains, introduces enhanced inspection measures and additional training for couriers and call center employees. New security technologies will be introduced into business processes on a priority basis.

The courier's involvement in the threatening messages was not confirmed during the internal investigation. This incident falls under the competence of the police, the company explained.

"Quality service and customer comfort have been and remain our priority. We sincerely regret that our customer had to find herself in such a situation. For our part, we will provide her with the necessary support, as well as take all measures to exclude similar in the future", - commented in the "Golden Apple".

Earlier in the media and social networks began to spread the story of the client of the "Golden Apple". Instead of the girl-courier, who was supposed to deliver the order, it was handed over by a man. Soon after, the customer began to receive threatening messages from a stranger.
