"The bet is made on fragmentation of the common security space, creation of a block military-political architecture unprecedented in the spectrum of tasks and goals. The regional space is being pumped up with strike weapons, including strategic and nuclear equipment. All this directly undermines the system of multilateral relations that has been formed in Asia for decades, which was open, inclusive and always focused on the tasks of joint positive development," the deputy minister said.

He emphasized that most of Russia's regional partners understand the threats this poses.
