He said that given the low processing season and the overall reduction in PVC production in the country (by about 8% by 2021), the capacity of the remaining three Russian producers is not 100% utilized, which will allow them to increase their capacity and prevent shortages. If the repair lasts for more than a month, there may be some supply gap in April-May, which is likely to be compensated by supplies from China, the expert summarized.
