June 3-6, 2025 will be the tenth Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (DIRR) conference - the main business event on digital economy and technologies in Russia. All events within the framework of the 10th anniversary of the conference will be held in Nizhny Novgorod on the territory of Nizhny Novgorod Fair and Vysota Youth Center. The halls of the Main Fair House will also be used for the sessions of the business program. The exhibition with Russian IT solutions will be located in the mirror pavilions, and a separate pavilion will be built for international participants. Negotiations are underway on the participation of foreign companies from China, India and Middle East countries. A large-scale festival for participants and city residents will unfold on the street territory of Nizhny Novgorod Fair.

Since 2016, the topic of digital development has been on the periphery of the government and business agenda. At that time, interest in the digitalization of Russian industrial organizations was just emerging, and a platform was needed to bring together representatives of government agencies, industry and IT - this is how the conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" came into being. In 10 years, the IDRC has grown from an industry project to an international event. The conference is attended by guests and market leaders from all regions of Russia and the EAEU, SCO and BRICS countries. Every year the business program of the conference expands and the number of satellite events grows.

For 10 years CIPR has confirmed its status as the most authoritative discussion platform for dialog between representatives of business and government on the issues of digital transformation of society and rapidly developing industries that actively shape the Russian economy and promote international cooperation. Today, CIPR is the main event on the digital economy in Russia, where strategically important government decisions are made, initiatives for the development of the IT industry are discussed, and ways to achieve the country's technological sovereignty in systemically important areas of the economy are determined.

"Starting next year, we are launching a new national project "Data Economy". It includes large-scale tasks, including the creation of a fast and secure Internet, the introduction of artificial intelligence, the development of domestic technologies, and the development of tools for effective data management. The success of their fulfillment largely depends on feedback from business and its technological potential. In this regard, the role of CIPR is especially important as a platform where long-term solutions are formed at the state level in digital innovation," said Dmitry Grigorenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Head of the Government Office of the Russian Federation.

CIPR contributes to the formation of a global digital business environment and opens wide opportunities for finding partners in the Russian and foreign high-tech market. Traditionally, international agreements are signed, investment deals are concluded, and an exhibition of digital solutions and high-tech equipment for key industries is held within the framework of CIPR, where companies demonstrate innovations in AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, "smart cities" technology, etc.

The conference also promotes export support for Russian technological solutions. With the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, a stand of the Digital Attaché Service - employees of Russian trade missions abroad who promote Russian IT products - was presented at CIPR-2024 for the first time.

The 2024 event was attended by more than 9,800 people from 89 regions of Russia and 25 countries. The exhibition exposition featured 156 stands with technological solutions of Russian and international companies. The business program included 107 discussions with 785 speakers. Over 140 agreements were signed during the conference, including international agreements with China, Cuba and Iran. The DECIPRALAND digital art exhibition showcased more than 70 works of digital art by more than 40 artists.

The event is supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region.
