A driver rescued a one-year-old girl who had crawled out onto the roadway in the Moscow Region

The driver of the car noticed and rescued an 11-month-old girl on Staro-Ryazansky highway in the Moscow region, who crawled out onto the road. The rescuer told Izvestia on February 6.

He specified that the child crawled out onto the roadway near the village of Stanovoye, she was wearing only a bodysuit.

"Her hands were not that red, they were almost already blue from the cold. It's -5 degrees outside, the child is walking on bare asphalt. I was in warm clothes, and that, I was cold," he said.

According to the interlocutor, he did not expect to see a child on the road and at first thought it was a cat or a rabbit. There is only forest around the place from where the girl crawled out.

"After me, the trucks passed by 3-4 minutes later. I don't think they would have noticed her," he added.

The man wrapped the 11-month-old girl in plaid, took her into his car and called police and an ambulance. While he was waiting for help, the girl's grandmother came to the car and demanded the baby back, but the man disagreed.

The little girl has frostbite of the first degree. Now she is already at home with her parents, her life is not threatened.
