According to the investigation, ex-mayor Viktor Tarkhov and his wife Natalia died about a month ago. It was then, according to the video surveillance cameras in the entrance of the house, they were noticed for the last time.

After that, no one saw the couple alive, although messages continued to be received on their behalf. However, loved ones became suspicious, and then an acquaintance of the family appealed to the police with a statement about the disappearance of the couple.
