Sobyanin named the most popular educational programs for doctors in Moscow

The Human Resources Center of the Moscow Healthcare Department implemented more than 100 additional education programs and 60 professional and socio-psychological trainings, 50 of them last year. In 2024, the most popular projects were for doctors of polyclinics - cardiologists, neurologists, general practitioners, therapists, ENT, ophthalmologists and others, said the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin in his personal blog.

Also one of the most numerous by the number of participants was the training "Algorithm of outpatient reception: aspects of communication with patients". It is aimed at improving communication skills with patients. Almost 12 thousand specialists attended the training.

Over 10 thousand specialists working under the new standard of emergency care improved their knowledge and skills in the field of diagnostics and treatment of injuries, burns, frostbite, poisoning, bleeding, exacerbations of chronic diseases.

In total, last year more than 115 thousand listeners took part in educational events - one and a half times more than in 2023, said the head of the city.

The personnel center was opened in 2021. It has become a single point of entry into Moscow medicine for doctors. At the site an independent assessment of professional skills of medical workers, including specialists applying for the status of "Moscow doctor" is carried out. Here they can also improve their qualifications. The Center is equipped with more than 1.1 thousand units of high-tech simulation and medical equipment. Doctors of different specialties improve their practical skills daily at 31 simulation stations.
