NPO Almaz named after Academician Raspletin (part of the Almaz-Antey Concern) and Vnukovo and Pulkovo airports have signed a trilateral cooperation agreement that will help realize a more efficient exchange of information between the air havens. This was reported by the Concern's press service on February 6.
The document was signed by Dmitry Erzakovich, Director General of Vnukovo International Airport, Andrey Drobovich, First Deputy Director General and Chief Operating Officer of Northern Capital Air Gateway, and Sergey Sergeev, Deputy Director General of NPO Almaz, within the framework of the 12th NAIS International Civil Aviation Infrastructure Exhibition and Forum.
The agreement envisages the organization of information interaction between the Concern and airports using Aviaportal, a complex of airport automation tools developed by NPO Almaz.
The interaction will also make it possible to use ground infrastructure more efficiently, reduce operating costs, identify and utilize airport capacity reserves, while ensuring the required level of safety. As a result, it will reduce costs for both airlines and airports, as well as make flights more comfortable for passengers.
Earlier, on February 5, the NAIS-2025 national civil aviation infrastructure exhibition opened in Moscow, where the latest Russian technologies and equipment for airport modernization will be demonstrated. During the event, specialists and managers will get acquainted with innovations in the aviation industry from all over Russia.
