During a search of Andrei Kuznetsov's house on Thursday, February 6, many forms of Ukrainian driver's licenses were found. The man was convicted of producing false documents for the executor of the murder of journalist Darya Dugina.
According to the conclusion of the court, published on the all-Suday portal, law enforcement officers during the search seized forms: 31 pieces of Ukrainian driver's license of 2005 modification; 18 pieces of driver's licenses issued since 2014; ten Ukrainian certificates of vehicle registration and another 31 pieces of similar Ukrainian driver's licenses of 2005 modification, but made by offset printing method
The case file says that the perpetrators of Dugina's murder received the forged car documents by mail, and afterwards handed them over to Vovk.
Daria Dugina was killed in an explosion in the evening of August 20, 2022 in the Moscow region. She was on her way from the literary and music festival "Tradition" when a planted explosive device went off in her car. Criminalists found out that the bomb was under the bottom of the car on the driver's seat side, it was activated remotely.
Two days later, the FSB announced that the case was solved. Vovk turned out to be the direct executor of the murder. The day after the crime, she left for Estonia via the Pskov region. Basmanny court of Moscow arrested her in absentia on November 2.
According to the version of the investigation, the target was not Dugina herself, but her father, philosopher Alexander Dugin. They were going to travel in the same car, but at the last moment he decided to move.
Tsyganenko is a member of the DRG who is also accused of Dugina's murder along with Vovk. On April 25, 2023, the Basmanny Court of Moscow declared Tsyganenko on an international wanted list. By the same decision, he was arrested in absentia.
In addition to Tsyganenko and Vovk, Dannil Choukhoudri and former traffic police officer Ivan Rybin are also involved in the case of Dugina's murder. On November 9, 2023, the Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow sentenced Choukhoudri to one year in a general regime colony and Rybin to four.
