Earlier, on January 29, Trump banned the financing of sex change operations for persons under 19 years old. According to the piece, the sex-change children will soon regret "being disfigured" and realize the tragedy of not being able to have children of their own.

Prior to that, on January 20, Trump said that the official US policy is to recognize only two genders - male and female.

Before that, on December 14 last year, American entrepreneur Ilon Musk supported the idea of life imprisonment for doctors who help children perform sex changes.
