Residents of a village near Stavropol have been reporting a neighboring family to the police for 10 years

Residents of the village of Etoka in the Predgorny district of Stavropol Krai are massively writing statements to law enforcement agencies and the district administration, accusing a local family of threats and beatings. The documents were familiarized with "Izvestia".

The first statement was written in 2016. The resident of the settlement Gayana Aramyan appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, claiming that the neighbor Lyudmila Alekhina regularly spoils her property. In 2019, the woman filed a lawsuit. The claim was partially satisfied.

According to local residents, since then they have regularly written statements. One of the most high-profile incidents occurred in 2022. A villager Alexandra Vartanyan applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, claiming that Lyudmila Alyokhina had beaten her during her pregnancy. After the incident, the woman suffered a miscarriage.

"The blows came on her back and stomach. When I returned home, I opened bleeding. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where doctors reported the incident to the police," Vartanyan recalls.

In 2024, another resident of Etoka filed a police report against the Alyokhins, saying that her son had been shot with a traumatic weapon.

The Alyokhins' children have also been accused of assaults and threats. The principal of the school they attend said that the couple's underage daughter brought a knife to school and threatened students. The parents also reported the incident to the police.

Lyudmila Alyokhina herself denies the accusations against her family and also regularly writes statements to the police against her neighbors.

The Interior Ministry refused to initiate criminal proceedings against the residents of Etoka on all the written statements. Most often the police cited the lack of "corpus delicti".
