The Red Book of Moscow includes 573 species of animals, plants and mushrooms. This is reported on Tuesday, February 4, on the website of the mayor's office of the capital.

Sergey Burmistrov, Head of the Department's Biodiversity Conservation Division, said that a big role in the preparation of the current edition of the Red Book belongs to the scientific community of Moscow, reports IA Regnum.
