A Moscow factory has developed a stamped outlet of rectangular cross-section made of galvanized steel for ventilation systems. This was announced on Tuesday, February 4, by Anatoly Garbuzov, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow.

According to him, the new part surpasses the usual products in a number of aspects. For example, the outlet belongs to a higher class of tightness, and is also characterized by improved aerodynamic properties, "Moskva24" reports . The price of the development turned out to be 20% lower than the standard product, but production takes three times less time, the Moscow city news agency writes.

An updated technological, fully automated line was developed and launched for the development. This eliminated manual labor and significantly increased the volume of production, writes the website kp.ru.

It is planned to produce 200 thousand pieces of such stamped bends annually. Such products are massively used in housing construction, production, construction and repair of administrative buildings and social facilities, reports 360.ru.
