The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in Moscow has opened a criminal case over the shooting and subsequent kidnapping of a man in the west of the capital. This was reported by the press service of the department for the region on February 4.

Earlier in the day it was reported that in Moscow introduced a plan "Interception" after the shooting in the west of the city.
