Moscow Layout" pavilion at VDNKh set a record for attendance in January

For seven years of work the pavilion "Layout of Moscow" VDNKh has set a record in attendance. This was reported on Tuesday, February 4, by the head of the capital's Department of urban policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
According to him, 36.8 thousand people visited the pavilion in January 2025, and it became the highest January figure since its opening, RT writes.
In 2024, this figure amounted to more than 28.8 thousand guests, and a year earlier reached its previous peak of 32.3 thousand.
"The exhibition space attracts the attention of the capital's residents and tourists not only due to the detailed elaboration of buildings on the layout, but also interactive opportunities," Ovchinsky's words are quoted by the Moscow city news agency .
Thus, the guests of the exposition can control the illumination and view the iconic objects of the city in 40-fold magnification. Also the growth of attendance of the exhibition is associated with the lighting shows held here. Every day the pavilion broadcasts 10 thematic shows: "Megapolis Moscow", "History of Moscow", "Moscow Windows", "The Best City on Earth", "Architectural Styles", "Bulgakov's Moscow" and others, reports " Moscow 24".
In addition, the pavilion is popular among educational institutions and foreign delegations.
The unique model of the city covers the central part of the capital within the outer boundary of the Garden Ring. The pavilion has been operating since October 2017, notes the website kp.ru. More than 2 million people have visited the exhibition during this time. It is among the three most visited objects of the museum city VDNKh.
To visit the pavilion "Layout of Moscow" can be free of charge from 10:00 to 20:00 every day except Monday, reports RIAMO.
