Moscow has introduced a plan "Interception" because of the shooting in the west of the city. This was reported by a source of "Izvestia" on February 4.

It is noted that the incident occurred on Kastanaevskaya Street.

"After the shooting, the two put a man in a black Mercedes without license plates and left," the source noted.

At the moment, the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.

Earlier, on January 22, in the capital detained one of those who arranged a shootout at the cafe "Kofemania" in November last year. He turned out to be a 23-year-old young man, who came to the capital from another region. The other two participants in the conflict are still on the wanted list.
