FBI frightened by Trump administration's firing of UFO-studying agents

Agents of the FBI's informal group to investigate the growing number of UFOs are afraid of being fired during the purge that may be launched by US President Donald Trump. Politico reported this on February 4, citing four sources.
"Some FBI agents working on the team also handled cases about the events of January 6 (2021. - Editor's note). <...> All bureau agents have been ordered to fill out a questionnaire about their work on the storming of the Capitol (by Trump supporters in 2021. - Ed. note). There are fears that this will be followed by a Trump-initiated purge at the agency," the article says.
It is noted that previously the existence of such a unit was never disclosed. According to the sources of the publication, the group includes a head at the federal level and more than a dozen rank-and-file employees across the country, who are engaged in tracking anomalous phenomena.
As Ryan Graves, executive director of Americans for Safe Airspace, noted, the group is uniquely positioned to investigate unusual aerial phenomena. Graves himself claims that his organization assisted the unit's agents in finding witnesses and open source information.
Earlier, on January 15, the U.S. military Randy Anderson said that the U.S. Navy allegedly uses alien technology in its Surface Warfare Center.
