Hearings in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on the claim of former CSKA head coach Vladimir Fedotov to the soccer club will be held on March 7. This is reported on February 4 on the court's website.

"List of hearings: 07.03.25 <...> Vladimir Fedotov vs PFC CSKA Moscow," - stated in a statement.

In August, Fedotov appealed to the dispute resolution chamber of the Russian Football Union (RFU) because of the Army Men's failure to pay compensation for the termination of his contract. However, he was denied payment. In October, he decided to appeal to CAS on this issue.

Fedotov served as CSKA's head coach from 2022 to 2024. His contract with the club was for three years. In the first season under his leadership, the Army Men won the Russian Cup-2023 and became silver medalists of the Russian Premier League season-2022/23.

On June 3, Vladimir Fedotov left the post of head coach of the Red-Blues. The Army team also said that Oleg Fomenko, Murat Iskakov, Radik Yamlikhanov and Nikolai Rusu left the staff. Fedotov had worked with the team since June 2022.

After Fedotov's departure CSKA was headed by Serbian coach Marko Nikolic. It was noted that the agreement of the specialist will be valid until the end of the season-2025/26.
