A TOS-1A Solntsepek unit destroyed an AFU stronghold in Kharkiv region

The Russian Armed Forces (AF) have destroyed a Ukrainian army stronghold and manpower using TOS-1A Solntsepek heavy flamethrower systems and combat drones in Kharkiv Region. Footage of objective control was published by the Russian Defense Ministry on February 4.

At night, servicemen of the "West" group of troops during reconnaissance activities discovered a stronghold near one of the forest belts. After that, a decision was made to use fire.

Radiation, chemical and biological defense troops used TOS-1A Solntsepek to deliver precision strikes on the stronghold, as a result of which it was destroyed.

A group of surviving Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fighters attempted to retreat to neighboring positions from the fortification. It was hit by attack drones.

Earlier, on January 28, servicemen of the TOS-2 "Tosochka" calculation of the Center group of troops destroyed an AFU stronghold on the Krasnoarmeyskoye direction in the special operation zone.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putinon February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
