The price of premium summer tires has risen in Russia

In one month, from December 2024 to January 2025, the average price of summer rubber increased by 4.2%. Such data is given in its press release by the National Agency for Industrial Information (NAPI).

It analyzed the dynamics of average prices for new tires of the premium price segment for passenger cars. In addition to summer tires, winter tires also went up in price - by 1.6% on average. All-season tires, on the contrary, fell in price by 6.9%.

The average price tag of a summer tire rose to Br30.2 thousand in January, while winter tires - up to Br28 thousand. All-season tires have fallen in price to Br21.2 thousand.

Last November, experts of the service "SberAuto" told "Izvestia" how to ensure maximum safety of summer tires until the next season. They warned that improper conditions of their storage may cause deformation.
