One person was injured and 50 rescued in a fire in a high-rise building in Elets

A major fire broke out in a nine-story apartment building in the Lipetsk Region's Yeltsy. A 44-year-old woman was injured, 50 tenants were saved.

According to GOROD48 with reference to the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region, the incident occurred in the evening of February 3 in a house on Ordzhonikidze Street. The fire destroyed all the property in the apartment. There was heavy smoke.

Earlier, on February 3, it was reported that in the Belgorod region in a fire in a two-story house two girls died. The children were looked after by their grandmother. She left the children and went down to the first floor of the house. At this moment and there was a fire. She could not come to the aid of the girls because of the rapid spread of fire.
