In New Moscow, a man pushed his acquaintance out the window during an argument

In New Moscow, a woman fell out of a window and died on the spot as a result of an argument with an acquaintance, he was detained. This was reported in the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the capital.

A criminal case of murder (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was initiated against the detainee. It was specified that the incident occurred on February 2. In the apartment on the street Marshal Savitsky during a quarrel the man beat his acquaintance.

"After that he pushed the victim in the back towards the window opening, from which she, not keeping her balance, fell out of the window. From the injuries received, the woman died at the scene," - said in a message published in the Telegram-channel.

Investigators and criminalists examined the scene, conducted interviews with witnesses and familiarized themselves with recordings from video surveillance cameras.

The detainee has been charged.
