Teenagers detained in Moscow Region for beating up an electric train passenger


Five teenagers were detained in the Moscow region on suspicion of beating up a passenger of an electric train. This was reported on February 4 by the Department of Transport (UT) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Central Federal District (CFD).
It is specified that the incident occurred on January 29 in the electric train Shifernaya - Moscow Ryazan direction. A group of teenagers approached a man in the carriage, provoked a conflict and beat him.
"Upon arrival at the Faustovo stopping point, the unconscious man was carried out of the electric train by two attackers, taking him by his hands and feet, and then fled the scene. Eyewitnesses of the incident called an ambulance and the police", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.
The victim was hospitalized. Later the attackers were detained in Voskresensk. A criminal case was opened against them under the article on infliction of serious harm to health. At present, the question of the measure of restraint is being decided.
Earlier, on January 14, in the Saratov region detained a minor who planned to kill a municipal Deputy with a hammer. A criminal case was initiated.
