A polyethylene production hangar on the area of 2.4 thousand square meters caught fire in the village of Polevodstvo near Yekaterinburg. About it on February 4 reports the press service of the Ministry of emergency Situations of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region.
"There was a partial collapse of the roof of the building. At 7:04 (5:04 Moscow time) firefighters localized the fire," - said in a statement of the department.
It is specified that 17 units of special equipment and 50 personnel were involved in extinguishing the fire.
Earlier, on January 23, a warehouse on the area of 10 thousand square meters caught fire in the Moscow region Klin on Volokolamskoye highway. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
