Stepfather of boy missing in Kaliningrad region detained on suspicion of murder

In the town of Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad region, his stepfather was detained on suspicion of murder of a missing seven-year-old boy. About it on February 4 reports the Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation in the region.

"According to preliminary data, the boy's mother did not participate in the commission of the above crime," - said in a statement in the Telegram-channel of the Department.

A day earlier, on February 3, a seven-year-old boy disappeared in the Kaliningrad region. A criminal case was initiated. Police officers, canine service and volunteers were involved in the search for the child.
