Media reported on Trump's intention to cut off funding for UNRWA

U.S. President Donald Trump intends to sign an executive order withdrawing the country from the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), as well as impose a ban on the funding of the UN agency for assistance to Palestinian refugees and organization of works (UNRWA). This was reported by Politico on February 3, citing documents.
"President Donald Trump is expected to issue an executive order this afternoon on the withdrawal of the United States from the UN Human Rights Council and a ban on future funding of the UN agency for aid to Gaza," the material said.
According to the publication, after the decree of the American leader, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will have to report to the White House on what international organizations or associations are engaged in "anti-American" policies to suppress their activities.
Earlier, on January 20, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order withdrawing the United States from the WHO. He argued that the population of the PRC exceeds the number of people living in America, but despite this, China transfers many times less money to the WHO. That is why, according to him, the decision to withdraw from the organization was made.
