Ukraine told about a man sitting in a car for two days because of fear of the TCC

A man has been sitting in a car in Odessa for two days as they are trying to take him to the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military recruitment office in Ukraine). This was reported by the Ukrainian online publication Strana.ua in its Telegram channel on February 3.
"A man has been sitting in a car in a parking lot in Odessa for two days: his car was blocked by the police and wants to take him to the TCC", - stated in the statement.
It is specified that the driver was stopped by patrol officers, and during the inspection it became clear that he is wanted. The man was informed about the need to go to the TCC, but he closed himself in the car.
"Then drove away, drove into the parking lot of one of the LCDs, locked himself in the car and called for help from lawyers and other people who tried to distract police officers. <...> According to patrol officers, he is still in his car in the parking lot of the LCD," writes "Strana.ua".
Earlier, on January 28, employees of the TCK mobilized a resident of Odessa with poor eyesight during his walk with his dog. It was specified that first he was taken to Suvorovskyi TCC, after in the regional. According to the man's mother, upon arrival at the TCC she was demanded $8 thousand for the release of her son.
Before that, on January 25, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky (term of office expired on May 20, 2024) called the mobilization of people over 25 years old insufficient to meet all the needs of the AFU. He also specified that the country would mobilize all available resources under martial law.
Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. At the same time Zelensky signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
