Air defense forces shot down two Ukrainian drones over Belgorod region

The Russian Air Defense Forces have shot down two Ukrainian drones over Belgorod Region. This was reported in the Russian Defense Ministry on February 3.

"From 15:00 to 16:00 Moscow time on duty air defense means destroyed two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of Belgorod region," the ministry said in a statement.

The vehicle can deliver water, ammunition and other supplies to the hottest spots on the front line

Earlier in the day, two men were injured in a drone attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the farm Tserkovny in the Belgorod region. Later, the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov said that the number of injured had increased to three.

Prior to that, on February 2, Gladkov reported the death of a civilian as a result of an AFU drone attack on the village of Malinovka. According to him, the man died before the ambulance crew arrived.

The AFU is trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the beginning of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
