Another 1 thousand entrances will be repaired in houses in the Murmansk region in 2025

In the Murmansk region in 2025 it is planned to repair more than 1.3 thousand entrances in apartment buildings. This was announced by acting Minister of State Housing and Construction Supervision Elina Akulova at an operational meeting in the government of the region on Monday, February 3.

Initially this year it was planned to put in order 1123 entrances, but, as it turned out, the figure should not be lower than the previous year, when 1340 entrances were repaired. The exact number of objects is still being clarified, as the list should also include entrances, on which the work was underperformed.

As specified IA "Beeport", in total there are 20,259 entrances in the region. Since 2019, 6503 of them have been put in order, 7036 more require repair. The Ministry of State Housing and Construction Supervision has already developed a draft repair plan until 2030. So, in Murmansk, for example, in the next five years it is planned to renew 2850 entrances.

Last year the region cleaned 1340 entrances, 476 of them are located in the regional center, another 143 - in Apatity. The total cost of the work amounted to more than 550 million rubles.
