More than 360 thousand "squares" of housing will be commissioned in the Pskov region in 2024

In the territory of the Pskov region in 2024 put into operation more than 360 thousand square meters of housing. This was reported by Governor Mikhail Vedernikov in his Telegram-channel.

"According to Rosstat data, last year the region fulfilled the plan of the federal project and commissioned 361.7 thousand square meters of housing," - said Vedernikov.

According to the Pskov newswire, the governor announced the relevant data at a meeting with the Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Faizullin, where the politicians discussed the results of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" and the national project that replaced it, "Infrastructure for Life". As it turned out, in 2025 in the Pskov region it is also planned to improve 37 public areas. In addition, the largest boiler house in Pskov will be reconstructed.

At the end of December "Izvestia" got acquainted with the forecasts and data of the experts of Ricci | Residential Real Estate Company, who summarized the results on the real estate market. Director of the company Ekaterina Lomteva suggested that in the spring of 2025 the number of Russians who want to build their own houses will triple. According to her, there is now an active rethinking of the importance of the individual housing construction sector.
