Participant of the program "Time of Heroes", holder of the Order of Courage Andrei Poroshin has been appointed to the post of Advisor to the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation. This was reported on February 3 on the website of the program.

He called his stimulus for self-development and self-improvement the competence and rich experience of the speakers. Poroshin noted that during the "Time of Heroes" he gained new skills in a multitude of areas.

"The program is a serious platform for the development of personal and professional abilities and formation of qualities necessary for successful performance of tasks in various spheres," he shared.

Among other things, Poroshin emphasized that the experience of working together with Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Alexander Kozlov during the internship significantly influenced his professional development.

"I want to contribute to the development of our country, bring real benefit to society and contribute to the improvement of people's lives. I am sure that success in a new place depends on personal initiative and aspiration for self-development," Poroshin added.

The launch of the program "Time of Heroes" was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his address to the Federal Assembly on February 29, 2024. The Russian leader specified that the participants of the special operation will be given the opportunity to enter leading universities and get a civilian specialty as a priority.

The "Time of Heroes" personnel program is aimed at training leaders to work in state and municipal authorities from the participants of the special operation in Ukraine.

On 24 January 2025, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the "Time of Heroes" program is effective and will continue.
